Dr. Corinne Paterson co-founded Form to address female health concerns including sexual dysfunction, vaginal atrophy, urinary incontinence, and pelvic floor laxity. She is especially passionate about post-menopause care and focuses on the latest research to employ an evidence-based approach in order to customize treatment plans. Dr. Paterson is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada, and completed her training as an Obstetrician and Gynecologist in 2011. 

Dr. Leon Waye is a full-scope family physician. His practices focus on obstetrics, obesity medicine, men’s health, and LGBTQ+ health. Through training in surgery and advanced medical aesthetics, Dr. Waye learned the cosmetic construction of the face. His area of interest lies in the non-invasive manipulation of anatomical structures to achieve mathematical beauty. Dr. Waye is an active member of the College of Family Physicians of Canada. He completed his family medicine training in Winnipeg and a fellowship in integrative health through the University of Arizona in 2015.

Our waiting room is flexible, allowing for privacy in our custom designed seating pods or socialization around the fireplace. The process by which it works is referred to as selective photo-thermolysis. This means it selectively targets red and brown pigment in the skin, It can be used in combination with injectable treatments and micro-needling.

 
 

Some people experience pinkness in the skin post treatment that typically resolves within hours. There is no significant downtime with this treatments. Clients may do this treatment during their work day and return to work post treatment.

 
 

Results are expected after a single treatment. Clients may require 3-6 treatments depending on their skin goals. Treatments are scheduled 4-6 weeks apart.

Lasting results will depend on factors including pre-existing medical conditions, the use of certain prescription and over the counter medications, genetic predisposition, compliance to a targeted skincare regimen and sunscreen adherence.

After booking our friendly staff will contact you to find a date and time that works for your treatment. We will confirm the appointment by text message and include treatment instructions. The treatment itself is virtually painless. It is described as feeling a “small pinch” or “elastic band snap”. Redness may be seen immediately after treatment. Sun damage/brown spots may get significantly darker as the pigment is brought to the skin surface. This may take up to 21 days to resolve.
